Tenuta Sofia is a 19th-century Pugliese masseria, carefully restored to offer a unique stay experience. Surrounded by secular olive trees, vineyards and Mediterranean scrub, the estate preserves the rural soul of Salento with all the comforts of a boutique resort.
Roots and tradition
The masseria is located on Provincial Road 338, a few kilometers from Otranto, in a privileged position between the Salento countryside and the Adriatic Sea.
The restoration preserved the original architectural elements — star vaults, dry stone walls, Lecce stone — integrating them with natural materials and design furnishings to create elegant yet authentic spaces.
